My Story so Far

Over the years, God has continued to grow my heart for serving others and stepping out in faith. I’ve always loved being around people, especially children and young people, and being able to encourage and support them in their own journeys. These moments have helped me realise that ministry is often about simply showing up, loving people well, and pointing them toward Jesus.

Recently, I felt God leading me to take a step of faith and pursue missions through Youth With A Mission (YWAM). This opportunity will allow me to grow in discipleship, serve communities, and share the hope of the Gospel with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

I don’t see this journey as something I’m doing alone. Missions is something we step into together as the body of Christ through prayer, encouragement, and partnership. I’m incredibly grateful for the people who are walking alongside me and supporting this calling.

As I step into this next season, my hope is simple: to continue growing in faith, to serve others with humility and love, and to be part of what God is doing in the world.

From a young age, faith has always been an important part of my life. Growing up in a Christian environment helped me learn about God early on, but over time my relationship with Him became something much deeper and more personal. What started as something I knew about gradually became a faith I truly wanted to live out.

As I grew in my relationship with Jesus, I began to see how much He cares for people and how His love can transform lives. Through serving in church, helping with youth and children’s ministries, and being involved in my community, I started to feel a growing desire to share that love with others. These experiences helped shape my heart for people and opened my eyes to how God can use ordinary moments to impact others.

One verse that has continually reminded me of the heart of missions is from the book of Romans 10:14: “How can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?”

This verse has challenged me to think beyond my own life and consider how I can be part of sharing the message of Jesus with the world.
